For Succexa Ltd – Role Number 1: 2 x Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist (Over 1 year of experience in Sourcing/HeadHunting)
For Succexa Ltd – Role Number 2: 1 x Trainee Sourcing & Recruitment Specialist (Diploma/Degree in HR/Sales/Marketing/IT or equivalent)
For the Group – Role Number 3: 1 x Marketing & Administrative Assistant (Diploma/Degree in Sales and/or Marketing + a minimum of 1 year experience in Sales & Marketing)

For Role Number 1 & 2:

The candidates should at all cost possess the following criteria:
– HSC/Diploma/Degree Holder in HR/IT or equivalent
– Strong Communication Skills (French & English – Speaking & Writing)
– Ability to speak fluently to the public, candidates and clients over the phone
– Very committed, flexible and willing to go to the extra mile
– Strong negotiation and customer service skills
– Passionate in researches, head hunting and very active in Social Media (Linkedin & Facebook)
– Very at ease with IT and understand differents IT jobs positions/roles would be an advantage
– Ability to work for odd hours if required
Key Tasks:
– Sourcing – Head Hunt/Sourcing of Candidates
– Selection – Screen and select the appropriate candidates with the required skills sets
– Interviewing – Conduct interviews (in French/English) with candidates
– Monitoring & Controlling – Perform a close monitoring with candidates and clients throughout the whole sourcing/recruitment process

For Role Number 3:

– HSC/Diploma/Degree Holder in Sales and/or Marketing or equivalent
– Strong Communication Skills (French & English – Speaking & Writing)
– Ability to speak fluently to the public, candidates and clients over the phone
– Very committed, flexible and willing to go to the extra mile
– Strong negotiation and customer service skills
– Passionate in sales and marketing and very active in Social Media (Linkedin & Facebook)
– Ability to work for odd hours if required
Key Tasks:
– Perform sales and operations activities as per request of management
– To proactively use social media to publish advertisements, search business opportunities and close sales
– To perform any administrative tasks for the group (Succexa, Axero & Valtima)
– Be responsible for all marketing activities of the group.
