Job Title – Customer Care in the Tourism Sector
Location: Quatre-Bornes
Working Hours: 08:30 – 17:00
We are seeking a motivated and professional Customer Care/Guest Relations to join our team and ensure excellent service delivery to our international clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all customer service matters related to in-house clients.
- Liaise with Tour Operators, field staff, and internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently.
- Operate the Customer Service Hotline and handle international calls and emails.
- Prepare service reports in coordination with the Sales & Marketing Director.
- Coordinate concierge services prior to arrival and during clients’ stays.
- Send post-stay client reports to Tour Operators.
What we are looking for :
- Excellent communication skills in English and French.
- Strong organisational and customer-service abilities.
- Comfortable using IT tools and working independently.
