Are you an experienced SICORAX HRMS professional looking to take your expertise to the next level? Join our dynamic team as a SICORAX Technical Consultant and play a key role in delivering HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance solutions that empower our clients.
🔧 Duties & Responsibilities
As a SICORAX Technical Consultant, you will:
- Implement our SICORAX HRMS Payroll, Time & Attendance, HR, and ESS solutions at client sites.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on payroll configuration and parameters.
- Support clients during payroll processing and ensure compliance with RA, RO, PAYE, returns, and pension regulations.
- Assist clients with the use of our HR modules and related tools.
- Deliver ongoing user support and troubleshoot issues effectively.
✅ Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Minimum 2 years’ hands-on experience with SICORAX HRMS Payroll.
- Strong payroll knowledge, including fluency with RA, RO, PAYE, returns, and pensions.
- Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong client focus with an analytical mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good team spirit and time management abilities.
- A valid driving license – travel to client sites may be required.
