Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily store operations
• Supervise and motivate the retail team

• Handle customer concerns professionally
• Prepare weekly performance reports
Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of experience in retail or hospitality (as Shop or Store Manager)
• Passion for Korean beauty products
• Fluent in English and French
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• ERP or retail system knowledge is an advantage
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
• Flexible with working hours
