About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Workforce Specialist to support HR operations across our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
- Track daily labour hours and attendance across all restaurant locations.
- Identify and correct time & attendance discrepancies.
- Extract payroll and labour reports for the Finance team.
- Support workforce planning by monitoring and optimising staff rosters.
- Analyse staffing levels to balance labour cost and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with restaurant managers to resolve workforce or attendance issues.
- Prepare labour cost, overtime, and workforce analytics for management.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations and confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in payroll, HRIS management, or workforce planning.
- Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems and payroll software.
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
Preferred:
- Experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants.
- Knowledge of labour law and statutory contributions.
- Ability to optimise workforce deployment.
