About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Workforce Specialist to support HR operations across our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS.
• Track daily labour hours and attendance across all restaurant locations.
• Identify and correct time & attendance discrepancies.
• Extract payroll and labour reports for the Finance team.
• Support workforce planning by monitoring and optimising staff rosters.
• Analyse staffing levels to balance labour cost and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to resolve workforce or attendance issues.
• Prepare labour cost, overtime, and workforce analytics for management.
• Ensure compliance with labour regulations and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in payroll, HRIS management, or workforce planning.
• Strong knowledge of time & attendance systems and payroll software.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.

Preferred:

• Experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurants.
• Knowledge of labour law and statutory contributions.
• Ability to optimise workforce deployment.
