Join our growing team as a Network Engineer Level 2, where your expertise will help us build and secure high-performance network solutions for our clients and internal systems.
🔧 Responsibilities:
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco and Fortinet network devices
• Maintain and optimize firewall configurations and network security protocols
• Support Level 2 network incidents, service requests, and escalations
• Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routing/switching (CCNA/CCNP preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate certification is a plus)
• Solid understanding of firewall rules, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
