About the Opportunity:

We are looking for the right talent on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing & Customer Experience. This is a management leadership role responsible for driving marketing strategy, enhancing brand visibility, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies, manage budgets, and oversee all communications to strengthen brand presence. They will lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team, ensuring alignment with the client’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement marketing strategy and annual budgets.
  • Lead advertising campaigns, commercial events, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research, analyze trends, and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for market growth and propose actionable plans.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for new business and customer retention.
  • Brand Management & Communications
  • Safeguard the client’s brand image across all channels and social media.
  • Oversee internal and external communications to enhance brand awareness.
  • Ensure marketing campaigns deliver sustainable ROI and maintain reputation.
  • Digital & E-Commerce Growth
  • Monitor digital marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Implement strategies to maximize digital presence and drive growth.
  • Team Leadership & Development
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching to develop team capabilities.
  • Cascade departmental objectives into individual goals and monitor performance.
  • Manage staffing, recruitment, and leave planning as required.
  • Foster a motivated, high-performing team aligned with company values.
  • Regulatory Compliance
  • Oversee complaints management processes and ensure timely reporting to regulators.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years in a similar marketing leadership role.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
