An industrial company specializing in the manufacturing of high-precision components for the luxury watchmaking and technical applications sectors is looking for a Cost Controller as part of its ongoing development.

🎯 Main Responsibilities:

• Monthly analysis of financial results
• Management of inventory, provisions, and industrial cost calculations
• Preparation of the annual budget by cost center
• Development of dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and support for strategic decision-making
• Collaboration with Finance, Production, Logistics, and Purchasing departments
• Contribution to cost optimization and continuous improvement projects

👤 Profile Sought:

• Degree in Management Control, Finance, or Accounting (minimum BAC+3 / ACCA up to level 2 or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or equivalent) is a plus
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, analytical, with strong communication skills
