🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV feeds in real time

• Detect, report, and log suspicious activities or incidents

• Assist with evidence retrieval for investigations

• Coordinate with onsite guards, emergency services, and management

• Excellent observation and attention to detail

• Strong judgment and decision-making skills

• Calm and efficient under pressure

• Good report writing and communication skills

• Basic IT literacy and comfort with surveillance systems

• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Good vision and sustained alertness

📌 Experience Required

• 1–2 years in a security or monitoring role

• Experience with multi-camera monitoring and incident response

• Background in estates, hotels, retail, or high-security environments is an advantage
