Key Responsibilities

• Drive improvements in cybersecurity posture and propose enhancement initiatives

• Administer and maintain PKI, CyberArk, Netskope, FWAAS, and ZTNA solutions

• Manage incidents and service requests through ServiceNow (Level 2 support)

• Ensure operational and security continuity (MCO/MCS) of deployed solutions

• Update technical and architectural documentation (in English and French)

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key security indicators

• Conduct awareness sessions and technical workshops for internal teams

• Stay up to date with evolving threats, intrusion techniques, and protection systems

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in IT

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Level 2 Cybersecurity Engineer role or in IT Security Operations.

• Proficiency with tools such as NDR, CyberArk, Netskope, CrowdStrike, PKI, and Trend

• Solid understanding of Windows Server, DNS, Active Directory, and PowerShell

• Strong analytical, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset

• Fluency in French and professional working proficiency in English
