Your Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer requests via phone and email
• Advise clients on available insurance services
• Support the operations teams with administrative and policy-related back-office tasks
• Maintain and update CRM systems
Required Experience:
• HSC minimum or Degree holder
• Flexibility to work on a rotation shift
• Proven experience in insurance, administrative support or customer service position
•Customer service orientation
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
