🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service online and in-store
• Handle customer inquiries via ticketing systems or ERP platforms
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure high-quality experiences
• Support sales through product knowledge and upselling opportunities
• Collaborate with the team and share customer feedback

👤 Candidate Profile:

• Education: HSC / SC
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, support, or e-commerce
• Passion for K-Beauty products and trends
• Excellent communication skills in English and French
• Flexible, confident, and available immediately
