💼 Full-time | 2–5 years’ experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage office administration & vendor coordination
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims
- Support accounting entries and month-end reports
- Keep records neat, accurate, and up to date
What You’ll Bring:
✔ Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
✔ 2–5 years’ experience in admin/accounting
✔ Strong Excel & MS Office skills (QuickBooks is a plus)
✔ A proactive, organised, and team-oriented mindset
